Does SebArtlist provide customer support for my orders?
Yes. For any art print from SebArtlist Wall Art collections, we'll handle all customer support for your orders.
From answering general order questions to making address changes, our team is there to ensure that your orders are treated with the same level of care. We have a 12-hour or less average reply time, including nights and weekends.
Does SebArtlist ship worldwide?
Yes! SebArtlist works with manufacturing & fulfillment partners around the globe in the US, UK, EU, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and Japan.
Shipping rates are dynamically determined by the size of package and destination. We work with most major carriers and pass through the true cost of shipping. That means that we can offer low-cost, fast shipping for our fans. Most items have a delivery window of 5-8 days.
What is the quality commitment and return policy?
For any art print from our Wall Art collections, quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue with the order received, we’ll replace or refund it! However, because the art prints are made to order, we do not accept general or sizing-related returns.
